We recognize the fact that Only 20% of Today’s workforce have the skills for jobs in 2020 and that
65% of young people in school today will work in jobs that do not exist today! With the population under
30 rising to levels as high as 75% in a country like Kenya, we realize the need to prepare platforms for
these new kids on the block. We have nurtured and produced award winning artists, actors and actresses,
inventors and entrepreneurs and we help create a bridge between them and corporate establishments.
